Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

•Return/Exchange Shipping Fees: Please note that return or exchange shipping fees are different from standard shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the customer—this includes size exchanges—unless the item is defective or incorrect.

•Damaged or Incorrect Items: Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
